摘要
分析了虚拟现实技术在工业设备装配训练中的应用场景和具体优势,基于某型磨煤机,设计了虚拟装配功能和软硬件结合的技术方案,进而开发了磨煤机虚拟现实装配训练系统。受训学员可以在虚拟现实环境中对磨煤机的总体结构进行学习和了解,并通过操作虚拟现实设备进行装配训练。通过在工业设备装配训练中应用虚拟现实技术,不需要实地进行装配培训,节约了培训成本,同时提高了培训的效率和有效性。
The application scenarios and specific advantages of virtual reality technology in industrial equipment assembly training were analyzed.Based on a certain type of coal mill,a technical solution combining virtual assembly function,software and hardware was designed,and then a virtual reality assembly training system for coal mill was developed.The trainee can learn about the overall structure of the coal mill in a virtual reality environment,and conduct assembly training by operating virtual reality equipment.By applying virtual reality technology in industrial equipment assembly training,on-site assembly training is not required,which saves training costs and improves the efficiency and effectiveness of training at the same time.
