近10年国内警察形象研究述评

A Review of Police Image Research in China in the Past Ten Years

警察形象是国家形象的重要组成部分。一方面,良好的警察形象是警察队伍无形的资源,这对于提高民警个人角色意识、增强队伍凝聚力、增进警察机关公信力有着举足轻重的作用。另一方面,恶劣的警察形象不仅直接损害警察权威,更会对党和国家的形象、声誉造成严重影响。为全面把握警察形象研究动态,通过文献研究法梳理最近十年的相关文献。学界从单一的形象危机角度逐步转变到多元化的研究视角,形象的塑造途径也越来越多样化,这有助于拓宽警察形象研究视野。已有研究在揭示警察形象提升和危机管理对策方面取得一定成就的同时,在理论研究、实证研究和实际操作层面的研究等方面,仍然需要进一步探索。

The image of the police is an important part of the national image.On the one hand,a positive police image is an invisible resource of the police force,which plays a decisive role in enhancing the police s role awareness,enhancing the team s cohesion,and enhancing the credibility of the police organization.On the other hand,a negative image of the police directly damages the police s authority and has a serious impact on the image and reputation of the party and the country.In order to better understand the research dynamics of the police image,this paper employed a literature review to sort out the relevant research in the last ten years.The focus of academics has gradually changed from a single image crisis perspective to a diversified research perspective.The ways to shape the image are becoming more and more diversified,which helps broaden the perspective of police image research.While the existing studies have made some achievements in revealing the improvement of police image and crisis management countermeasures,it still needs further exploration in theoretical research,empirical research and practical research.
