抗衰老一直是医学界乃至全人类关注的热门话题,经久不衰。随着生活水平的提高,人们对防治衰老、延年益寿、提高生活质量有着迫切的需求。中药抗衰老历史悠久、理论独特、优势显著,已成为当前中药领域的研究热点。本文从作用机制、药效物质基础、疗效和安全性等方面对具有抗衰老作用的单味中药和经典名方进行了综述,以充分发挥中药在抗衰老方面的天然优势和独特价值,为抗衰老中药研发和合理应用提供科学依据和重要参考。

Antiaging research has always been a hot topic in the medical field and incites global concern.With the improvement of living standard,people are willing to pursue a higher quality of life,prolonging lifespan and preventing senility.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has a long history,unique theory and remarkable advantages in antiaging drug therapy,which has become a research hotspot in the field of TCM.This review analyzed the mechanism of action,pharmacodynamic substance basis,efficacy and safety of antiaging TCM,which will provide scientific basis and important reference for the research,development and rational use of antiaging TCM.
