The stereoscopic warehouse is an important link in the production of Fenjiu No.2 Finished Product Packaging Plant,and the stacker conveying system is the advanced conveying technology used in the stereoscopic warehouse.It replaces the traditional manual portage,greatly improves conveying efficiency,reduces human labor intensity,realizes automatic counting,improves counting accuracy,and eliminates intermediate links in the logistics procedures.The input and output of the packaging materials and the finished liquor are all carried out by the stacker system,realizing the whole process of unmanned operation,improving the production efficiency and increasing the economic benefits of the branch plant,which has a great effect on increasing the company's production capacity.In order to ensure the implementation of the"double increasing and double saving"plan of the branch plant,to avoid the shutdown of the workshop and of the stereoscopic warehouse system due to the problem of accuracy of the vertical positioning system of the stacker,to improve the efficiency of input and output of the packaging materials and the finished liquor,and to reduce the unnecessary damage of electrical components,a series of improvements and optimizations have been made to elevatethe accuracy of the vertical positioning system in the stereoscopic warehouse stacker system,which improves the operating efficiency of the stacker and the economy of the branch plant,andmakes greater contributions to fulfilment of the company's production tasks.
