摘要
建立了用GC-QQQ内标法测定高粱中28种农药残留的分析检测方法。样品通过浸泡、离心及通过石墨化碳黑-氨基柱复合柱过滤,多次淋洗后用GC-QQQ内标法测定。该方法的标准曲线在5ppb~50ppb的浓度曲线范围内,且每个曲线的线性关系较好,该方法的回收率为80%~140%,精密度为0.53%~7.02%,符合痕量测定要求,本方法具有简单、快捷、且稳定性好的特点,适用于高粱中农药残留食品安全指标的监控。
A method for the determination of 28 pesticide residues in sorghum by GC-QQQ internal standard was established.The sample is soaked,centrifugal,Filtering through graphitized carbon black-amino column composite column,GC-QQQ internal standard method was used for determination after repeated rinsing.The standard curve of this method is within the concentration curve range of 5ppb to 50ppb,and the linear relationship of each curve is good,the recovery rate of this method is 80%-140%,the precision was 0.53 to 7.02%,meet the requirements of trace determination,This method has the advantages of simple,quick,and good stability,It is suitable for the monitoring of pesticide residues in sorghum.
