微波加热法增强再生粗骨料性能的试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 为了获取更优的再生粗骨料老旧砂浆的去除方法,试验研究了微波加热功率、加热-水冷循环次数及冷却方式等不同处理技术去除再生粗骨料表面老旧砂浆的效果和对再生粗骨料性能的影响,并对再生粗骨料表面老旧砂浆的去除方法进行优化,探究在此基础上制备的再生混凝土的力学性能。结果表明:微波加热功率、加热-水冷循环次数及冷却方式是影响再生粗骨料表面老旧砂浆去除效果的主要因素;基于能量利用最大化及经济性考虑,选取中等微波功率(960 W)下微波加热-水冷循环10次为最优方案,经过该方案处理过的再生粗骨料老旧砂浆去除率较未处理的再生粗骨料提高了17.7%;用该骨料制备的再生混凝土,在取代率为25%时,混凝土强度有一定的提高。 In order to obtain a better method for removing old mortar from recycled coarse aggregates,different treatment technologies such as microwave heating power,heating-water cooling cycles and cooling methods have been tested and studied to remove the old mortar on the surface of recycled aggregates and the effect on recycled aggregates.It also optimizes the method of removing old mortar on the surface of recycled concrete aggregates,and explores the mechanical properties of recycled concrete prepared on this basis.The results show that microwave heating power,heating-water cooling cycle times and cooling methods are the main factors affecting the removal of old mortar on the surface of recycled aggregates;based on the maximum energy utilization and economic considerations.The medium microwave power(960 W)is selected and 10 times of the microwave heating-water cooling cycle is the optimal solution.The removal rate of the old mortar on the surface of recycled aggregates treated by this solution is 17.7%higher than that of untreated recycled aggregate.When the replacement rate of recycled concrete is 25%,the concrete strength is improved to a certain extent.
