摘要
为了提高燃机系统和空气清吹系统的可靠性和安全性,通过对6F.01燃气轮机燃烧系统、清吹系统以及调试过程中的跳机事故的分析,根据燃机现场条件及相关燃机保护逻辑,对清吹阀门控制回路进行改造。试验证明,该改造方案,不仅确保了燃机清吹阀门的正常使用,而且有效提高了清吹系统的可靠性,避免6F.01燃气轮机机组出现因清吹阀电磁阀故障导致的机组停机事故,消除了设备安全隐患,提升了机组运行的稳定性与可靠性。
In order to improve the reliability and safety of gas turbine system and air purge system,through the analysis of 6F.01 gas turbine combustion system,cleaning system and tripping accident during commissioning,according to gas turbine site conditions and relevant gas turbine protection logic,the control circuit of purge valve is reformed.The test shows that the transformation scheme can not only ensures the normal use of gas turbine purge valve,but also effectively improve the reliability of purge system,which avoids the unit shutdown accident caused by the fault of purge valve solenoid valve in 6F.01 gas turbine,eliminates the hidden danger of equipment safety,and improves the stability and reliability of unit operation.
