摘要
通过对赣南地区进行问卷调查,结合当地气象数据和平均热感觉指数(PMV)以及热舒适度投票(TCV)等指标分析了人们在冬季和夏季室内热环境的主观感受。同时根据调研走访发现的问题,提出从建筑平面和围护结构优化加强建筑主体的隔热保温性能,结合柴火灶余热与新能源的利用,减少建筑自身能耗,使建筑可以达到更加舒适的室内热环境,提高赣南农村居住建筑室内的舒适性。最后,原建筑和优化后建筑进行CFD技术模拟分析,对模拟所得的风速、温度等数据进行定量的对比分析,提出适合赣南当地特色的优化策略。为提高赣南地区居住建筑室内舒适性提供有价值的参考。
Through a questionnaire survey in southern Jiangxi province, local Meteorological Data, Predicted Mean Vote(PMV) and Thermal Comfort Vote(TCV) and other indicators are combined. People’s subjective feelings of indoor thermal environment in winter and summer are analyzed. According to field investigation, by optimizing the building plan and envelope structure to strengthen the thermal insulation performance of the main building, combining the waste heat of the firewood stove and the utilization of new energy, reducing the energy consumption of the building itself, the house can be given a more comfortable indoor thermal environment, and the indoor comfort of southern Jiangxi rural houses can be improved. Finally, through the CFD analysis of the original building and the reconstructed building, and the quantitative comparative analysis of the wind speed, temperature and other data obtained from the simulation, this research proposes optimization strategies which are suitable for the local characteristics, and provides a valuable reference for improving the indoor comfort of residential houses in southern Jiangxi province.
