摘要 建筑保温系统连接性能关乎保温系统的安全性,系统的粘结强度则是衡量连接性能的一个重要性能指标。压固拉拔法是一种测试保温系统材料两构造层间的粘结强度的试验方法。目前部分标准中测试粘结强度试验方法过于精简,这造成试验方法的可操作性不足,以及关键技术操作难统一的问题,难以控制数据的稳定性及一致性,压固拉拔法则是对这些方法的优化和补充,从而增强试验方法的可操作性。同时此方法也可解决部分保温材料因为不宜裁切而带来的复合制品构造层间粘结强度没有有效测试方法的问题,填补了此类产品粘结强度测试方法的空白。 The connection performance of building insulation system is related to the safety of the insulation system, the bond strength of the system is an important performance index to measure the safety connection performance. Compression and Tensile Method is a test method of bond strength for between two structures. At present, the test methods of bond strength are too simple in some standards, thus the operability of the test method is insufficient and the operation of key technologies is difficult to be unified, it is difficult to control the stability and consistency of test data, Compression and Tensile Method can optimize and supplement these methods, enhance the operability of the test method. Meanwhile, the method can solve the problem that there is no practical test method for the bonding strength of composite products between constructional layers, because some insulation materials are not suitable for cutting, it fills the blank of the testing method of the bond strength of this kind of product.
