基于热环境优化的办公建筑玻璃幕墙改造设计研究——以滨州某办公楼为例 被引量:4

摘要 随着绿色建筑、建筑节能等研究领域的不断发展,以及人们对建筑室内空间的舒适性要求也在提高,量大面广的既有建筑改造成为了行业热点。早期使用单层玻璃幕墙的建筑室内热舒适度较差,能源的利用率较低,亟需进行改造以提升室内环境品质。选取滨州某办公楼为例,提出了新增外遮阳、玻璃贴膜、改造为双层幕墙等改造措施,并结合DeST软件对改造方案的室内温度进行模拟分析,通过改造前后模拟结果的对比,得出合适的改造方案。综合考虑方案的节能性与项目的可实施性,对既有建筑玻璃幕墙的改造提出建议。 With the continuous development of research fields such as green buildings and building energy efficiency, people have increased their requirements for the comfort of interior spaces, and the transformation of large and wide-ranging existing buildings has become a hot spot in the industry. In the early days, buildings with single-layer glass curtain walls had poor indoor thermal comfort and low energy efficiency, so it was urgently needed to transform to improve the indoor environment quality. Taking an office building in Binzhou to analyze, we proposed new external shading, glass filming, and transformation into a double-layer curtain wall, and combined with DeST software to simulate and analyze the indoor temperature of the transformation plan. Through the comparison of the simulation results before and after the transformation, we obtained a suitable transformation plan. Comprehensively consider the energy-saving properties of the scheme and the feasibility of the project, suggestions are proposed to retrofit the glass curtain walls of existing buildings.
