绿色理念下的既有办公建筑改造——以建研大厦改造为例

Retrofit Strategy of Existing Office Buildings Based on Green Concept: Taking Jianyan Building as an Example

甘肃地区的既有建筑存在数量多、范围广的特点。由于受到经济条件与建造技术的限制,既有建筑普遍能耗较大、负荷过高。以兰州市建筑科学研究院办公楼"建研大厦"绿色信息化改造工程为实例,结合西北地区高严寒、高地震烈度、高湿陷性场地及经济欠发达的地域特点,应用了结构健康监测、能耗监测、室内环境监测、太阳能光伏发电、新风除尘净化、导光技术、智能遮阳等设计策略,参照GB/T 51141—2015《既有建筑绿色改造评价标准》,归纳出既有办公建筑绿色节能改造的绿色技术策略,为既有办公建筑绿色改造提供参考与借鉴。总结出办公建筑在改造过程中,能够延续城市的发展,降低建筑能耗,提升建筑舒适性的策略。

Due to the limitation of economic conditions and construction technology, the existing buildings feature for high energy consumption and high load in Gansu Province. The green information transformation of "Jianyan Building"-the office building of Lanzhou Institute of Building Research is introduced, combining with the characteristics of high severe cold, high seismic intensity, high collapsible site and the underdeveloped economy in Northwest China. Design strategies such as structural monitoring, energy consumption test, indoor environment monitoring, solar photovoltaic power generation, fresh air dust removal and purification, Tubular Daylighting System, and intelligent shading are applied. Referring to "Assessment standard for green retrofitting of existing building", technology strategies for the green energy-saving retrofit of existing office buildings are summarized GB/T 51141—2015. This research will provide references and sample studies for similar projects in future. It has summarized the strategy that is a part of sustainable development in the city, to reduce the energy consumption of the building, and improve the comfort of the building during the retrofitting of office buildings.
