数字人文在边疆历史研究中的应用

Application of Digital Humanities to the Study of the Borderland History of China

在传统的人文学科研究中,庞大的文本量为研究提供了坚实支持,同时也带来了巨大的工作量。而在边疆历史研究中,边界、归属等角度则存在着传统研究方法难以解决的"问题"。为满足研究需求,把数字人文引入边疆历史研究的实践中,坚持人文学者主导下的多学科交叉,探索创建"新文科"实验室,并以此为依托建设"边疆数字人文平台",实现边疆古代文献和历史地理信息资源的整合。通过数据标准和技术功能开源,推动边疆历史数据的共享和历史疆界的可视化呈现,从而推进边疆历史研究的深入。

In the traditional humanities research,the huge amount of text provides a solid support,and it also brings a huge amount of work.In the study of borderland history,there are“problems”that are difficult to solve with traditional research methods from the perspectives of the traditional boundary and belonging.In order to meet the research needs,the digital humanities which are introduced into the research of borderland history adhere to the multidisciplinary approaches led by humanities scholars,explore the establishment of laboratories of“New Liberal Arts”,and rely on this to build a“Digital Humanities Platform for Frontier Studies”,which helps the integration of ancient documents and information resources of historical geography.Through the open-source data standards and technical functions,it promotes the sharing of historical data of the borderland and the visual presentation of historical borders,thereby advancing the in-depth study of borderland history.
