“一带一路”背景下海外民族志研究的现状、问题与对策

Current Situation,Problems and Solutions of Overseas Ethnographic Research in the Context of the Belt and Road

服务"一带一路"是中国人类学的历史使命,但"一带一路"背景下海外民族志研究未能很好地为"一带一路"服务,具体表现在缺乏对沿途的精细研究、欠缺沟通多元文化的实际功效、尚未能切实服务中资企业、缺少对中国优秀案例的关注、田野调查受困乏力、文本书写与理论运用单调僵化等方面。因此,"一带一路"背景下海外民族志研究需要强化深入在场,切实服务沿途;跨越文化差异,沟通多元文明;服务中资企业,防范投资风险;讲好中国故事,提升中国话语权;补齐自身短板,践行时代责任,为"一带一路"建设更好肩负起中国人类学的使命和担当。

Serving the Belt and Road is the historical mission of Chinese anthropology,but the existing overseas ethnographic research in the context of the Belt and Road cannot serve the Belt and Road well.The specific weaknesses include the following:the absence of meticulous research on the Belt and Road,a lack of fusion of multiple cultures,poor service of Chinese enterprises,the neglect of China’s outstanding cases,weak fieldwork,monotonous and inflexible text writing,poor theoretical application and so on.Therefore,the overseas ethnographic research in the context of the Belt and Road needs to strengthen its conspicuous presence,provide effective services for the Belt and Road,accept cultural differences and diversity of different civilizations,serve well Chinese-funded enterprises,prevent investment risks,popularize good Chinese examples,enhance China’s power of discourse,make up for their weaknesses and fulfill the historical mission in the process of the implementation of the Belt and Road initiative.
