医教协同提升附属医院中医临床教学质量的路径研究——以广州中医药大学为例 被引量:12

摘要 在分析中医临床教学现实问题的基础上,理清了医教协同提升中医临床教学质量的4个实施路径,包括建立医教协同宏观管理协调机制、强化高校与附属医院协同育人、构建中医临床教学管理与质量保障体系、加强临床教师教学能力培训,以构建高校与附属医院协同育人的新机制,提升学生的中医思维能力和临床技能。 Based on the analysis of the practical problems in clinical teaching of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),four implementation paths of medical education collaboration to improve the quality of clinical teaching of TCM were clarified,including establishing the macro management coordination mechanism of medical education collaboration,strengthening the collaborative education between universities and affiliated hospitals,building the management and quality assurance system of clinical teaching of TCM,and strengthening the teaching ability training of clinical teachers,so as to build a new mechanism of collaborative education between universities and affiliated hospitals,improve students'thinking ability and clinical skills of TCM.
