乡村精英创业中社会支持网的作用与机制研究——以原阳县水牛赵村为例

On the Role and Mechanism of Social Support Network in Rural Elite Entrepreneurship:A Case Study of Shuiniuzhao Village in Yuanyang County

基于社会支持网视角,将政策网络建构为正式社会支持网。研究发现,乡村精英成功创业依赖于特定素养和对当地资源禀赋的科学认知。非正式支持网的资源汇集机制,在精英创业初期可以有效汇聚有形的土地、生产工具、资金、行动和无形的情感支持、认可、荣誉等资源;正式支持网因自身丰富的资源和强大的撬动其他资源能力,为保障乡村精英创业提供弹性支撑机制。两个网络间存在转化和嵌入机制,有利于更好支持精英创业。建议地方政府科学认知地方资源禀赋,真正做好服务者角色,及时满足精英创业真需求,协力促进乡村发展。

From the perspective of social support network,the policy network is constructed as a formal social support network.It is found that the successful entrepreneurship of rural elites depends on specific literacy and scientific cognition of local resource endowment.The resource pooling mechanism of informal support network can effectively pool tangible land,production tools,funds,actions and intangible emotional support,recognition,honor and other resources in the early stage of elite entrepreneurship;Due to its rich resources and strong ability to leverage other resources,the formal support network provides a flexible support mechanism for the protection of rural elite entrepreneurship.There is a transformation and embedding mechanism between the two networks,which is conducive to better support elite entrepreneurship.It is suggested that the local government should scientifically recognize the local resource endowment,truly play the role of service provider,timely meet the real needs of elite entrepreneurship,and work together to promote rural development.
