地下水环境影响评价相关问题分析与应对措施

Analysis and countermeasures of groundwater environmental impact assessment

地下水污染容易治理难,污染防治重在预防。以往环评报告中对地下水部分关注偏少,且地下水评价工作较难深入开展,随着《环境影响评价技术导则地下水环境》(HJ610-2016)的实施,该导则提高了地下水环评工作的可操作性,但同时因为地下水评价存在一定的难点,所以文章重点对地下水环境影响评价工作中的普遍问题进行总结,并探讨了相应的应对方法,为环评地下水评价工作提供一定的参考。

Groundwater pollution is easy to control, pollution prevention focuses on prevention. Previous EIA reports paid less attention to groundwater, and groundwater assessment was difficult to carry out in depth. With the implementation of technical guidelines for environmental impact assessment groundwater environment(HJ610-2016), the guidelines improved the operability of groundwater EIA, but there were some difficulties in groundwater assessment. This paper mainly summarizes the common problems in the environmental impact assessment of groundwater, and discusses the corresponding countermeasures, so as to provide some reference for the environmental impact assessment of groundwater.
