摘要
随着塑料用途的多样化,塑料废物问题受到了相当大的关注。为了衡量塑料废物能够安全减轻的最大水平,为全球一次性塑料产品的最低可达到水平设定目标,我们从政策、科技、社会三个方面构成废物消减指数(WRI),并从中筛选出10个与塑料废品密切相关的指标,运用熵权法(EWM)和变异系数法(CVM)将这些指标整合到基于塑料废品的消减水平指标中。接下来,通过k—均值聚类为全球一次性塑料产品的最低可达到水平设定目标,同时分析了其影响。
With the variety of plastic applications, the problem of plastic waste has received considerable attention. In order to measure the maximum level of safe reduction of plastic waste and set a goal for the lowest attainable level of disposable plastic products in the world, we formed a waste reduction index(WRI) from three aspects of policy, technology and society, and screened out 10 indicators closely related to plastic waste, entropy weight method(EWM) and coefficient of variation method(CVM) were used to integrate these indicators into the reduction level indicators based on plastic waste. Next, the lowest attainable level of disposable plastic products in the world is set by k-means clustering, and its impact is analyzed.
