以色列梅尔医学中心药学框架与药事管理探析

Pharmaceutical Framework and Pharmaceutical Administration in Meir Medical Center in Israel

目的为我国医院药学工作的改进提供参考。方法以作者赴以色列梅尔医学中心(MMC)进行医院药学与临床药学研修的经历为基础,介绍该中心药学框架及工作模式、药事管理、药师培养模式等,并与我国医院药学现状进行比较。结果MMC药学模式注重患者用药安全有效,调剂药师的药学专业知识得到充分发挥,特殊药品管控严格,药事管理突出效率,药师培养注重实践。结论在以MMC为代表的以色列医院药学管理中,药师可充分发挥专业性和技术性服务的优势,"以患者为中心"的药学服务宗旨得到充分落实,值得我国药学工作者借鉴和学习。

Objective To provide a reference for the improvement of hospital pharmacy in China.Methods Based on the author’s experience of researching and studying on hospital pharmacy and clinical pharmacy in Mel Medical Center(MMC)in Israel,the pharmacy framework and working mode,pharmaceutical administration and pharmacist training mode of MMC were introduced and compared with the current situation of hospital pharmacy in China.Results The pharmaceutical model of MMC in Israel focused on the safety and effectiveness of patients’medication,giving full play to the professional knowledge of dispensing pharmacists,strict control of special drugs,outstanding efficiency of pharmaceutical management,and paying attention to practice in the training of pharmacists.Conclusion In the pharmaceutical administration of Israeli hospitals represented by MMC,pharmacists can give full play to the advantages of their professional and technical skills,and the aim of″patient-centered″pharmaceutical care has been fully implemented,which is worthy of reference and study by Chinese pharmaceutical practitioners.
