教学医院药学部教学培训信息化管理平台建设与实践

Construction and Practice of Teaching and Training Information Management Platform in the Pharmacy Department of a Teaching Hospital

目的提升教学医院药学部教学培训管理水平。方法分析某三甲教学医院药学人员教育培训工作情况,梳理并完善医院药学部教学培训信息化管理平台的功能。结果该院药学部教学培训内容包括课程教学、研究生教育、药师继续教育、岗位培训、举办国家级继续教育项目、临床药师规范化培训、实习生带教等。信息化平台需对教学培训相关工作流程进行在线管理,在电脑端和手机端实现在线培训、培训考核、资料归档等。结论所建立的教学培训信息化管理平台可实现药学部教学工作的信息化管理,使教学医院药师的教育与培训工作更加便利和可及,增加了药师参与度,实现了更好的教学管理,但需结合药学部教学工作或继续教育的要求加以完善。

Objective To improve the teaching and training management level of the Pharmacy Department in a teaching hospital.Methods The education and training of pharmaceutical personnel in a grade 3 A teaching hospital were analyzed,the function of the teaching and training information management platform of the Pharmacy Department of our hospital was sorted out and improved.Results The teaching and training contents of the Pharmacy Department of our hospital included course teaching,postgraduate education,continuing education for pharmacists,on-the-job training,national continuing education program,standardized training for clinical pharmacists,teaching of interns,etc.The information platform needed online management of teaching and training related workflow to realize online training,training assessment and data archiving on the computer and mobile terminals.Conclusion This established teaching and training information management platform can realize the information management of the teaching work of the Pharmacy Department,make the education and training of pharmacists in the teaching hospital more convenient and accessible,improve the participation of pharmacists,and realize better teaching management,which needs to be improved in combination with the requirements of the teaching work or continuing education of the Pharmacy Department.
