摘要 目的建立提高羰基化合物质谱检测灵敏度的衍生化方法。方法以苯甲醛、己醛、庚醛、2-壬酮、2-庚酮5种羰基化合物为样品,用吉拉德试剂P(GP)作衍生化试剂,采用液相色谱串联质谱法分析衍生化产物。结果苯甲醛、己醛、庚醛、2-壬酮、2-庚酮5种样品衍生前质谱无法检测到,衍生后均能被检测到,检测限分别为0.81,0.53,0.26,0.02,0.28 pmol。结论所建立的衍生化方法提高了羰基化合物在质谱中的检测灵敏度,丰富了羰基化合物的质谱检测方法。 Objective To establish a derivatization method to improve the sensitivity of the mass spectrometry of carbonyl compounds.Methods Five carbonyl compounds including benzaldehyde,hexanaldehyde,heptanal,2-nonone and 2-heptanone as the target analytes.The derivatization products were analyzed by liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry with Girard’s reagent P(GP)as derivatization reagent.Results Five carbonyl compounds including benzaldehyde,hexanaldehyde,heptanal,2-nonone and 2-heptanone could not be detected by mass spectrometry before the derivatization,but could be detected after the derivatization,and their limits of detection(LOD)were 0.81,0.53,0.26,0.02 and 0.28 pmol,respectively.Conclusion The established derivatization method improves the detection sensitivity of mass spectrometry of carbonyl compounds and enriches the detection methods of carbonyl compounds.
