摘要
目的研究苗药芭蕉根的化学成分。方法从芭蕉根70%乙醇提取物中,以D101型大孔树脂、正相硅胶柱,以及Sephadex LH-20、Toyopearl HW-40F、Toyopearl HW-40C凝胶柱等分离纯化,结合化合物波谱数据与文献数据比对,鉴定化合物结构。结果分离并鉴定了7个化合物,分别为cyclomusalenone(1)、rubiprasinA(2)、1-甲基-环戊烯(3)、leonuriside A(4)、2-hydroxy-9-phenylphenalen-1-one(5)、2-(3',4'-二羟基苯基)-1,3-苯并二茂恶-5-甲醛(6)、2-hydroxy-1H-phenalen-1-one(7)。结论化合物2,3,6首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物4和7为首次从芭蕉根中分离得到,化合物3首次归属了其碳氢波谱数据,为芭蕉根的进一步研究提供了理论依据和参考。
Objective To study chemical constituents from rhizomes of Musa basjoo.Methods The chemical compounds were separated and purified from 70%ethanol extract of rhizomes of Musa basjoo by using D101 macroporous resins,silica gel column,Sephadex LH-20,Toyopearl HW-40 F and Toyopearl HW-40 C gel column.The structures of the compounds were identified by comparing the spectral data with the data in the literature.Results Seven compounds were isolated and identified as cyclomusalenone(1),rubiprasin A(2),1-methyl-cyclopentene(3),leonuriside A(4),2-hydroxy-9-phenyl-phenalen-1-one(5),2-(3’,4’-dihy droxyphenyl)-1,3-benzodioxole-5-carboxaldehyde(6),2-hydroxy-1 H-phenalen-1-one(7).Conclusion Compounds 2,3 and 6 are isolated from Musa basjoo for the first time,compounds 4,7 are isolated from rhizomes of Musa basjoo for the first time,compound 3 is assigned to its hydrocarbon spectrum data for the first time,which can provide a theoretical basis and reference for further study of rhizomes of Musa basjoo.
