Simultaneous Determination of Calcium,Zinc and Magnesium in Yangxue Ruanjian Tablets by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry

摘要 目的建立同时测定养血软坚片中钙、锌、镁含量的火焰原子吸收光谱法。方法采用微波消解法处理样品。主要光源为空心阴极灯和无极放电灯,钙、锌、镁的检测波长分别为422.7,213.9,285.2 nm,灯电流分别为5,4,4 m A,狭缝宽度分别为0.8,0.8,1.2 nm,均以氘灯做背景校正。考察水煎、复方水提和水提醇沉工艺对牡蛎中钙、锌、镁含量的影响。结果钙、锌、镁质量浓度分别在5~40μg/m L、0.1~1.0μg/m L、0.2~1.0μg/m L范围内与吸光度线性关系良好;精密度、准确度、重复性试验的RSD均小于2.1%,平均加样回收率分别为96.71%,96.97%,97.57%,RSD分别为1.64%,1.66%,2.18%(n=9)。复方水提液、水提醇沉液中钙和锌的含量明显高于单煎液,镁在3种溶液中的含量相当。结论该方法操作简便、准确,稳定性、重复性好,可用于同时测定养血软坚片中钙、锌、镁的含量。 Objective To establish a flame atomic absorption spectrometry method for simultaneous determination of calcium,zinc and magnesium in Yangxue Ruanjian Tablets.Methods Microwave digestion was used to treat the samples.The main light sources were the hollow cathode lamp and the electrodeless discharge lamp.The detection wavelength of calcium,zinc and magnesium was 422.7,213.9,285.2 nm,respectively.The lamp current of calcium,zinc and magnesium was 5,4,4 m A,respectively.The slit width of calcium,zinc and magnesium was 0.8,0.8,1.2 nm,respectively with a deuterium lamp for background correction.The effects of water decoction,compound water extraction and water extraction alcohol precipitation on the contents of calcium,zinc and magnesium in Ostrea gigas were investigated.Results There linear ranges of calcium,zinc and magnesium were 5-40μg/m L,0.1-1.0μg/m L,0.2-1.0μg/m L,respectively.The RSDs of precision,accuracy and repeatability tests were less than 2.1%.The average recoveries of calcium,zinc and magnesium were 96.71%,96.97%,97.57%with RSDs of 1.64%,1.66%,2.18%(n=9),respectively.The contents of calcium and zinc in Yangxue Ruanjian Tablets extracted by water extraction and water-alcohol precipitation were significantly higher than those extracted by water extraction,while the content of magnesium in the three solutions had no significant difference.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate,stable and reproducible,which can be used for the simultaneous determination of calcium,zinc and magnesium in Yangxue Ruanjian Tablets.
