二甲双胍临床治疗新用途研究进展

Research Progress of New Clinical Use of Metformin

目的探讨二甲双胍的临床治疗新用途。方法以"二甲双胍""metformin"为主题词,检索CNKI、PubMed数据库,检索时限为各数据库自建库起至2019年12月,排除题目中涉及"糖尿病""diabetes"的文献。结果筛选出涉及二甲双胍临床新用途的文献29篇,其中中文4篇,英文25篇;总结得二甲双胍的10个临床新用途,即抗衰老、调节体质量、保护心血管、改善多囊卵巢综合征、抗肿瘤、治疗自闭症、逆转肺纤维化、协助戒烟、抗炎、逆转认知障碍。结论二甲双胍除降血糖外,还有未收入药品说明书的多种用途,但多缺乏高质量的证据支持,需进一步开展临床试验验证。

Objective To investigate the new clinical use of metformin.Methods The database of CNKI and PubMed was searched with Chinese and English"metformin"as the keywords from the inception to December 2019,and the titles of articles about"diabetes"were excluded.Results A total of 29 articles related to new uses of metformin were screened,including 4 Chinese and 25 English articles,and 10 new uses of metformin were summarized,including anti-aging,regulating body mass,protecting cardiovascular system,and improving polycystic ovary syndrome,anti-tumor,treatment of autism,reversal of pulmonary fibrosis,assistance in smoking cessation,anti-inflammatory,reversal of cognitive impairment.Conclusion In addition to hypoglycemia,metformin has many uses that have not been included in the drug instructions,but most of them lack high-quality evidence support,which needs further clinical trials.
