鸭粪沼液施用浓度对芹菜生长及品质的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为研究探讨沼液在芹菜上的农用效果,并确定适合芹菜生长的最佳沼液浓度,实现鸭粪沼液的资源化。本试验以津南实心芹为供试芹菜品种,以不施肥和施用化肥处理作为对照,设置不同的沼液浓度梯度(沼液分别稀释7.5、10、15、30倍),研究不同的沼液稀释浓度对芹菜产量品质的影响,以期为鸭粪沼液在芹菜栽培上的合理施用提供理论依据与数据支撑。结果表明,施用稀释10倍的鸭粪沼液可以促进芹菜叶绿体色素的合成,提高光合作用,促进干物质的积累,相比施用化肥其产量提高10.08%~20.46%,其中沼液稀释10倍时效果最好。芹菜中可溶性糖、维C、可溶性蛋白含量显著增加34.18%、37.01%、23.27%;纤维素含量相比施用化肥显著降低52.59%;在一定范围内,施用沼液可以降低芹菜中硝酸盐含量,有利于提高芹菜的适口感。鸭粪沼液稀释10倍时,芹菜中氮、磷、钾等营养成分含量增加最显著,相比施用化肥分别增加8.03%~54.45%、14.09%~36.56%和11.2%~38.12%。综上,当沼液稀释10倍时最有利于芹菜的生长,产量最高且安全无害。 In order to realize the resource utilization of duck manure biogas slurry and explore the agricultural effect of biogas slurry on celery,and determine the best biogas slurry concentration suitable for celery growth,this experiment uses Jinnan solid celery as the tested celery variety,and the conductivity is the test concentration Basis,with no fertilization as a control,the effect of different dilution concentrations of biogas slurry on the yield and quality of celery was studied,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the rational application of duck manure biogas slurry in celery cultivation.The results showed that the application of the proper concentration of duck manure slurry can promote the synthesis of celery chloroplast pigment,increase photosynthesis,promote the accumulation of dry matter,and increase the yield.After applying duck manure biogas slurry,the yield of celery increased by 1.62-3.54 times,and the best effect was when the biogas slurry concentration was 3 ms/cm.The content of soluble sugar,vitamin C,and soluble protein in celery was significantly increased by 38.88%,54.24%,and 56.2%;the cellulose content was reduced by 0.019-1.08 times;within a certain range,the content of nitrate in celery was reduced,which was beneficial to increase celery The delicious taste.When the concentration of duck manure biogas slurry was 3 ms/cm,the content of nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium and other nutrients in celery increased most significantly,increasing by 92.02%,112.50%and 104.68%respectively.In summary,when the concentration of biogas slurry is 3 ms/cm,it is most conducive to the growth of celery,with the highest yield and safe and harmless.
