水杨酸对平邑甜茶生根及养分吸收的影响 被引量:1

摘要 探索水杨酸在苹果生根和养分吸收中的作用,以期为提高果实品质和产量提供理论参考。以平邑甜茶[Malus hupehensis(Pamp)Rehd.]幼苗为试材,采用砂砾盆栽方法,研究了叶面喷施不同浓度水杨酸对平邑甜茶幼苗新根发生及养分吸收的影响。叶面喷施水杨酸能够提高平邑甜茶幼苗侧根原基密度和根系活力,其中较高浓度水杨酸(100mg·L^(-1)和75 mg·L^(-1))处理的侧根密度、根鲜重及根系活力均显著增加,而低浓度(25 mg·L^(-1))处理不明显。叶面喷施水杨酸还提高根系对磷、钾、钙、亚铁及锌在短期内(1~2 h)的吸收速率,较高浓度水杨酸(100 mg·L^(-1))叶面喷施处理的效果最显著。叶面喷施较高浓度水杨酸促进了平邑甜茶幼苗侧根的发生和根系生长,提高根系活力和根系主动吸收养分的能力,促进植株根系对离子的吸收。 The effects of salicylic acid on rooting and nutrient uptake of apple were studied in order to provide theoretical reference for improving fruit quality and yield.The seedlings of Malus hupehensis were potted in sand-gravel,and then sprayed with different concentrations of salicylic acid to study its effects on rhizogenesis and nutrient absorption.The lateral root density,fresh weight and root activity of M.hupehensis seedlings were significantly increased under high concentration of salicylic acid(100 mg·L^(-1) and 75 mg·L^(-1))treatment,while those under low concentration(25 mg·L^(-1))treatment were not.Foliar spray of salicylic acid also improved the uptake rate of phosphorus,potassium,calcium,ferrous iron and zinc in the short term(1-2 h),and the effect of high concentration of salicylic acid was the most significant.Our study reveals that high concentration of salicylic acid sprayed on leaves promoted the occurrence and root growth of M.hupehensis seedlings,improved the root activity and the nutrient absorption capacity,and enhanced the ion absorption of the plant root.
