思维导图健康教育模式在小儿肺炎患者中的护理效果

目的探究思维导图健康教育模式在小儿肺炎中的护理效果。方法选取2018年3月至2020年6月本院收治的小儿肺炎患者152例,采用随机数字表法分成两组。对照组76例中男46例,女30例,年龄(6.0±1.2)岁;研究组76例中男45例,女31例,年龄(6.0±1.2)岁。对照组接受常规的健康教育,研究组则接受思维导图健康教育模式干预。对比两组患儿的各项临床指标、家属知晓情况和护理满意度。结果研究组患儿的咳嗽消失时间[(6.5±1.0)d比(8.2±1.7)d]、退热时间[(4.0±1.0)d比(5.8±1.6)d]、肺部啰音消失时间[(5.4±1.3)d比(6.8±1.4)d]、肺部X线完全吸收时间[(10.0±3.6)d比(12.3±4.4)d]和住院时间[(6.8±1.1)d比(8.9±1.2)d]均短于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);研究组患儿的家属知晓率[90.8%(69/76)比69.7%(53/76)]、护理总满意度[96.1%(73/76)比75.0%(57/76)]均明显高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论在小儿肺炎患者的临床治疗中应用思维导图健康教育模式,可以明显优化各项临床指标,进而提高患儿家属对相关疾病的知晓率,从而提高患儿及其家属的护理满意度,治疗效果趋于理想化,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the nursing effect of mind map health education for pneumonia in children.Methods A total of 152 pneumonia children admitted to our hospital from March,2018 to June,2020 were divided into a control group and a study group by the random number table method,with 76 cases in each group.There were 46 boys and 30 girls in the control group;they were(6.0±1.2)years old.There were 45 boys and 31 girls in the study group;they were(6.0±1.2)years old.The control group received routine health intervention,while the study group received mind map health education intervention.The clinical indicators,family members'awareness,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The times for the disappearance of cough,fever,and lung rale,and lung X-ray complete absorption time and hospital stay were shorter in the study group than in the control group[(6.5±1.0)d vs.(8.2±1.7)d,(4.0±1.0)d vs.(5.8±1.6)d,(5.4±1.3)d vs.(6.8±1.4)d,(10.0±3.6)d vs.(12.3±4.4)d,and(6.8±1.1)d vs.(8.9±1.2)d;all P<0.05]The awareness rate of family members was 90.8%(69/76)in the study group,and was 69.7%(53/76)in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction was 96.1%(73/76)in the study group,and was 75.0%(57/76)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of mind map health education model in the clinical treatment of pneumonia children can obviously improve their clinical indicators,their family members awareness rate of related diseases,and the nursing satisfaction of children and their families.The treatment effect tends to be ideal,and it is worth being generalized.
