广西某医学高校本科新生心理应激状况及其与宿舍关系的相关性

Status of freshmen′s psychological stress and its correlation with roommates′relationship in a Guangxi medical university

目的调查广西某医学高校本科新生心理应激水平,分析其与宿舍关系的相关性。方法采用随机整群抽样法从广西某医学高校2019级本科新生中抽取1158名学生作为研究对象,调查其一般资料及宿舍关系;采用学生生活应激量表调查其的心理应激水平,分析心理应激水平与宿舍关系的相关性。结果1158名学生中,103名(8.89%)处于高应激水平,878名(75.82%)处于中等应激水平,177名(15.28%)处于低应激水平。多因素分析结果显示,宿舍关系均是心理应激、应激源及应激反应水平的影响因素(均P<0.05)。与宿舍关系和谐的学生相比,宿舍关系一般或紧张的学生其挫折、压力、变化得分均较高(均P<0.05)。结论广西某医学高校本科新生应激水平处在中等水平;改善宿舍关系或可降低高校本科新生的心理应激水平,有利于促进其心理健康发展。

Objective To investigate the psychological stress level of freshmen at a medical university in Guangxi,and to analyze its correlation with roommates′relationship.Methods A random clusteRsampling method was used to select 1158 freshmen of grade 2019 from a Guangxi medical university as the subjects to investigate theiRgeneral data and roommates′relationship.The psychological stress level of the subjects was investigated using the student life stress scale,and the correlation between psychological stress level and roommates′relationship was analyzed.Results Among the 1158 students,103(8.89%)were in a high stress level,878(75.82%)in a moderate stress level,177(15.28%)in a low stress level.The results of multivariate analysis showed that roommates′relationship was the influencing factoRof psychological stress,stressor,and stress response level(all P<0.05).Compared with students with harmonious roommates′relationship,students with ordinary oRtense roommates′relationship scored higheRin frustration,pressure and change(all P<0.05).Conclusion The freshmen at a Guangxi medical university have a moderate-level stress.Improving roommates′relationship may reduce the psychological stress level of university freshmen and facilitate theiRmental health development.
