摘要
针对超深立井施工技术,从国内外超深立井建设现状及差距、国内施工技术主要发展成果、施工技术难题及对策、技术展望等方面做了探讨。从技术难题解决对策方面,提出了大功率提升机、迈步式模板、稳绳摆动监测、工作面远距离高压致裂注浆、井内机械降温、岩爆卸压防治等超深立井施工关键技术。提出了引进吸收国外3000 m深立井施工成套装备及技术、研究复杂地质条件超深立井井壁结构设计理论及控制方法、研究相关标准规范的适用范围与执行原则等技术展望。
According to the construction technology of the ultra deep mine shaft,a discussion was conducted on the construction status and differences of the ultra deep mine shafts at home and abroad and the main development results of the domestic construction technology,construction technical difficul-ties and countermeasures,technology prospect and others.From the solution and countermeasures of the technical problems,the paper provided the high power hoist,walking formwork,swing monitoring of the guide rope,high pressure fracturing grouting far distance to the working face,mechanical cooling in the mine,strata pressure releasing and prevention of the rock burst and other construction key technology of the ultra deep mine shaft.The paper provided the import and absorption of the oversea 3000 m deep mine shaft construction completed set equipment and technology.The paper had study on the design theory and control method of the mine shaft lining structure in the ultra deep mine shaft with the complicated geological condition and the paper had a study on the application scope and conducted principle of the related standard and specification as well as the technical prospect.
