摘要 为研究树脂锚杆金属杆体冲击性能,以屈服强度为335、400、500和600 MPa的树脂锚杆金属杆体为研究对象,制备的标准试样尺寸为55 mm×10 mm×10 mm(长×宽×高),采用摆锤冲击试验机,分别对V形缺口和U形缺口试样进行冲击测试,获得每种屈服强度的杆体冲击吸收功,得到屈服强度与冲击吸收功之间的关系,有利于从根源上消除由于锚杆杆体脆断所带来的安全隐患,提高锚杆产品的安全性。 In order to study the metal rod impact performance of the resin bolt,based on the metal rod of the resin bolt with a yield strength of 335,400,500 and 600 MPa as the study object,the size of the prepared standard specimen was 55 mm×10 mm×10 mm(Length×width×height),a pendulum impact tester was applied to the impact test of the V-notch and U-notch specimens.The rod impact absorption power of each yield strength was obtained.A relationship between the yield strength and impact absorption power was obtained.Thus all obtained could be favorable to eliminate the hidden safety danger occurred from the brittle fracture of the resin bolt rod and could improve the safety of the bolt products.
