中西医治疗枕神经痛的研究进展

枕神经痛(Occipital neuralgia,ON)系枕大神经、枕小神经、枕下神经和第3枕神经分布区疼痛的总称,主要临床表现为头枕部持续性钝痛、刺痛或跳痛,并伴有阵发性加剧,是一种常见的神经内科疾病。其病因繁多,发病率高,对患者的身心健康及日常生活质量产生严重影响。文章将近几年治疗枕神经痛的中西医治疗方法进行总结,以期为更多临床医生提供新的临床思路。

Occipital neuralgia(ON)is the general term of pain in the distribution area of the greater occipital nerve,the lesser occipital nerve,the inferior occipital nerve and the third occipital nerve.The main clinical manifestations are persistent dull pain,pricking pain or jumping pain in the head and occipital area,accompanied by paroxysmal aggravation,which is a common neurological disease.It has a wide range of causes and high incidence,which has a serious impact on the physical and mental health of patients and the quality of daily life.This paper summarizes the treatment methods of traditional Chinese and western medicine for occipital neuralgia in recent years,in order to provide new clinical ideas for more clinicians.
