摘要
目的:了解健康服务与管理专业本科生对专业课程设置的看法,为健康管理专业设置的调整、专业人才培养方案的优化、应用型管理人才培养模式的构建提供依据。方法:以新疆医科大学2018级健康服务与管理专业本科生作为研究对象,采用自编调查问卷对核心课程、核心能力的需求情况进行调查。结果:80%以上的学生认为医学类课程、管理学类课程比较重要。除健康信息学外,学生认为信息学类课程的重要性相对较低。90%以上的学生认为健康管理类课程比较重要。90%以上的学生认为行政管理技能、健康管理技能比较重要。结论:多数学生对目前健康服务与管理专业课程设置和核心能力培养需求较高,尚需进一步修订信息学类课程或改进教学方法以提高学生的认可度。
Objective:To understand the views of undergraduates majoring in health service and management on the curriculum design of their major,and to provide the basis for the adjustment of health management specialty,the optimization of specialty training scheme and the construction of application-oriented management personnel training mode.Methods:Taking 2018 undergraduate students of majoring in health service and management of Xinjiang Medical University as the research object.,the core curriculum and core competence needs were investigated by self-made questionnaire.Results:More than 80%students think that medical courses and management courses are more important.Besides health informatics,students think that the importance of information courses is relatively low.More than 90%of the students think that health management courses are more important.More than 90%of students think that administrative management skills and health management skills are more important.Conclusion:Most students need more courses and core competence training for health service and management,but they still need to revise the informatics courses or improve the teaching methods to improve the recognition of students.
