摘要
由于士官学员的认知能力不能满足雷达类课程对学员的要求,常用的直线式教学方法很难达到较好的教学效果。通过对雷达类课程特性、士官学员特点以及课程现状的分析,文章提出将螺旋式设计用于雷达类课程的教学。重点探讨了实现螺旋式设计的几个关键问题,具体包括内容的重构、方法的选择和环节的实施。从而实现在雷达类课程的学习中,使学员的知识和技能达到"循序渐进、螺旋上升"的效果。
Because the cognitive ability of sergeant students can not meet the requirements of radar courses,it is difficult to achieve better teaching results by using the common linear teaching methods.Through the analysis of the characteristics of radar courses,the characteristics of cadets and the current situation of the courses,this paper proposes that spiral design is used in the teaching of radar courses.The key problems of realizing spiral design are discussed,including the reconstruction of content,the selection of methods and the implementation of links.Thus,in the learning of radar courses,the students’knowledge and skills can achieve the effect of"step by step and spiral up".
