摘要
文章就2016-2020年广西高价值有效发明专利数据进行了统计分析,同时重点对高价值专利的5个指标进行了深入剖析,结果显示:广西每万人口高价值有效发明专利拥有量呈现逐年增加的趋势,但增加的幅度逐年下降;战略性新兴产业在广西高价值发明专利占主体地位,但同比增长呈现平滑的下降趋势。依据广西的具体现状对其如何提高高价值有效发明专利提出了政策建议。
In this paper,the data of high-value effective invention patents in Guangxi from 2016 to 2020 are statistically analyzed,and the five indicators of high-value patents are analyzed deeply.The results show that the number of high-value effective invention patents per 10,000 population in Guangxi is increasing year by year,but the increase range is decreasing year by year.The strategic emerging industries occupy the dominant position of high-value invention patents in Guangxi,but the year-on-year growth shows a smooth downward trend.Based on the present situation of Guangxi,some policy suggestions on how to improve the value of effective invention patents are put forward.
