摘要 首尾鳍作为小水线面双体船(small water-plane-area twin hull,SWATH)的重要组成部分,对其运动性能有着较大影响,是SWATH船型设计的关键技术之一。本文将SBD(simulation based design)技术引入小水线面双体船首尾鳍的优化设计中。以经济航速和设计航速总阻力为目标函数,首尾鳍面积、主翼攻角和襟翼攻角等参数为设计变量,以航行姿态作为约束条件,开展6000吨级小水线面双体船首尾鳍优化设计。结果表明,最优设计方案较原方案在经济航速点总阻力减小约10%,运动姿态也得到较大改善。该设计方法在满足约束条件下以性能最优为目标来驱动设计,为船舶附体的优化设计提供了一种全新的途径。 As an important part of a small water-plane-area twin hull(SWATH),stabilizing fins are the key to the design of SWATH and have a great effect on its motion performance.In this paper,the SBD(simulation based design)technique is introduced into the optimization design of stabilizing fins of SWATH.The total resistance at economic and design speed is regarded as the objective function while the areas,attack angles and angles of wing flap are taken as design variables.Restrained by navigation behavior of SWATH,the optimization of the stabilizing fins of a 6000-ton SWATH is carried out automatically.Compared with the original plan,the resistance of the optimized plan is reduced by 10%at economic speed,and the hull behavior is also improved significantly.Under the constraint conditions,the method is driven by the optimal performance and provides a new way for the optimization design of ship appendages.
