The hundred year history of the party is a history of consistent practice and development of people’s view;the reason why the Communist Party of China is invincible is that it can always represent the fundamental interests of the overwhelming majority of the Chinese people.Under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,the construction of the rule of law and the development of justice in contemporary China always fully implement the concept of people-centered,and safeguard and realize the fundamental interests of the overwhelming majority of the people.Through the continuous practice of the concept of development,contemporary Chinese justice has made a series of development,out of a road with Chinese characteristics,independent judicial development.Entering the new era,a series of important discussions on general judicial reform by General Secretary Xi Jinping,from theory and practice,have expounded scientifically a series of important theoretical and practical problems in China’s judicial development in the new era,which are rich,logical and systematic,and enrich the development of the people centered judicial concept and expand the practice of innovation.It has become the theoretical guide and fundamental follow of China’s judicial work in the new era.
