摘要
设备在产品生产过程中不能超出其载荷能力,否则会引发设备故障或导致产品质量问题。离心浇铸机主要承载部件为托轮轴和轴承,为了保证开发产品过程中不超载就必须对这两个部件进行荷载校核。本文介绍了轧辊离心浇铸机托轮轴与轴承的校核过程,整个校核计算严格按照机械设计理论并遵照相关法则进行。仅供同行参考。
If the equipment exceeds its load capacity during the production of the product,it will cause equipment failure or product quality problems.The main bearing parts of centrifugal casting machine are the bearing wheel shaft and bearing.In order to ensure that the two parts are not overloaded,the load check must be carried out on these two parts.The whole checking calculation must be carried out in strict accordance with mechanical design theory and relevant laws.
