基于数据驱动鲁棒优化的区域综合能源系统运行调度策略

摘要 多种能源协调运行的综合能源管控能够有效实现多能互补、促进能源利用率的提高。针对可再生能源出力的不确定性问题,基于数据驱动方式利用电力大数据技术,使用基于极限场景的MVEE算法得出椭球不确定集精确描述历史数据,避免了对偶化复杂运算;建立电、气、冷、热多能互补的区域综合能源系统调度模型,并使用列与约束生成法求解模型。通过算例分析与成本对比,证明了本文数字化调度策略的可行性与优越性。 Comprehensive energy control with coordinated operation of multiple energy sources can effectively realize multi-energy complementarity and promote the improvement of energy efficiency.Aiming at the uncertainty problem of renewable energy output,this paper adopts power big data technology based on data-driven approach,and uses MVEE algorithm based on limit scenario to obtain ellipsoid uncertainty set to accurately describe historical data,and avoids the complex operation of dualization.A scheduling model of regional integrated energy system with complementary power,gas,cooling and heat is established,and the model is solved by using column and constraint generation method.The feasibility and superiority of the digi tal scheduling strategy in this paper are proved through the analysis of numerical examples and the comparison of cost.
