汽车用22MnB5与26MnB5钢组织性能对比研究

摘要 以汽车制造行业常见22MnB5钢和26MnB5钢为研究对象,从显微硬度、组织和CCT曲线出发,对不同钢的组织性能进行深入探究。结果表明,26MnB5的显微硬度更高,带状组织清晰,且CCT曲线右移明显,可供相关人员参考。 Taking 22MnB5 steel and 26MnB5 steel in automobile industry as research objects,the microstructure and properties of different steels were studied based on microhardness,structure and CCT curve.The results show that the microhardness of 26MnB5 is higher,the banded structure is clear,and the CCT curve shifts to the right obviously.
