基于电化学沉积原理的确定性修复装置的设计与研制

摘要 针对电槽镀和电刷镀在工程装备磨损零部件修复中的局限和不足,基于电化学沉积原理,设计研制了一种新型确定性修复装置。这种装置可以对镀层成分、厚度以及形状等进行确定性控制。首先提出装置的总体结构设计,其次进行关键模块设计研制,最后进行测试。测试结果表明,该装置技术先进,可靠性强,能够有效对磨损液压精密件进行快速确定性修复。 In order to solve the limitations and shortcomings of electroplating and brush plating methods in repairing worn parts of engineering equipment,based on the principle of electrochemical deposition,this paper designs and develops a new deterministic repair device that can deterministically control the composition,thickness,shape,etc.Firstly,the overall structure design of the device is proposed,and the key modules are designed and developed.The test results show that the device has advanced technology and strong reliability.It can effectively repair worn hydraulic precision parts quickly and deterministically.
