摘要
和磷化表面处理工艺相比较,硅烷化表面处理工艺不含磷酸盐,产生废渣少,减少了对环境的污染,同时节省了废水处理费用的开支,且较少的生产步骤和较短的处理时间有助于节省工厂资金和占地面积。原有工艺改进与现有设备不冲突,不需要设备改造就可直接替换磷化,能与当前使用的各类油漆和粉末涂装相匹配。采用硅烷化处理和磷化处理两种工艺对相同材质的工件进行处理,并按照相关标准做对比试验。结果表明,硅烷化处理可以达到与磷化处理相同的处理效果。
Compared with the phosphating surface treatment process,the silanization surface treatment process does not contain phosphate,produces less waste residue,reduces environmental pollution,and saves waste water treatment costs.It has fewer production steps and shorter Processing time helps save factory capital and floor space.The original process is improved and does not conflict with the existing equipment.It can be directly replaced with phosphating without equipment modification,and can be matched with various paints and powder coatings currently in use.In this paper,two processes of silanization treatment and phosphating treatment are used to process workpieces of the same material.Comparative tests are carried out in accordance with relevant standards.The results show that silanization treatment can achieve the same treatment effect as phosphating treatment.
