摘要
垃圾焚烧炉受热面腐蚀导致频繁爆管,成为困扰垃圾燃烧发电企业长期经济、稳定运行的一个重要问题。根据受热面爆管现象,分析产生因素,建议进行系统化处理,并使用其中的堆焊技术,取得了良好的效果。
The corrosion of the heated surface of the garbage incinerator leads to frequent tube bursts,which has become an important problem that plagues the long-term economic and stable operation of garbage-to-energy enterprises.According to the phenomenon of tube burst on heated surface,this paper analyzes the causes and puts forward suggestions for systematic methods.Use the surfacing technology among them to achieve good results.
