人才是地理信息及相关行业发展最关键的要素。本文分析了新时代背景下我国地理信息科学专业人才培养的现状和问题,结合首都师范大学地理信息科学一流专业人才培养在科教协同和国际化方面的具体实践,系统探讨了如何充分发挥专业特色,培养掌握地学高新技术应用、具有国际视野的新一代创新型高素质人才的举措和进展,以期为其他相关高校专业建设和人才培养提供思路与借鉴。

Talent is the key factor in the development of Geographic Information Science(GIS)and relevant industries.This paper analyzes the current state and challenges of the GIS talents cultivating in the new era of China,and then by combining with the practice of GIS talent training in Capital Normal University,especially its remarkable achievements in collaboration of science&education and internationalization,systematically discusses how to take full advantage of the professional characteristics,so as to cultivate a new generation of innovative high-quality GIS talents with high-tech ability and international vision.It hopes to provide ideas and reference for other related colleges and universities'specialty construction and talent cultivating.
