目的检索、分析、评价术中自体血回输(IOCS)用于剖宫产术中安全使用的最佳证据,为产妇术中输血提供指导。方法运用循证护理(EBN)措施,检索中国知网、万方资源库、Cochrane Library、美国指南网(NGC)、英国国家卫生与临床优化研究所(NICE)、PubMed、苏格兰指南网(SIGN)等关于剖宫产术中使用IOCS的相关证据,包括推荐实践、证据总结、指南、系统评价等,检索时间到2019年10月5日。由3名研究者评价文献质量及证据等级。结果纳入6篇文献,其中实践指南4篇,系统评价1篇,中文专家共识1篇。共提取9条可用证据,其中最佳证据3条,推荐证据6条。结论剖宫产IOCS的证据来源可靠,具有较高的科学性和实用性,为产妇术中输血提供有力指导。

Objective To search,analyze and evaluate the best evidence of intraoperative cell salvage(IOCS)during cesarean section,so as to provide guidance for intraoperative blood transfusion in parturients.Methods Evidence-based nursing(EBN)was used to retrieve relevant evidence about IOCS during cesarean section from China HowNet,Wanfang Resource Bank,Cochrane Library,NGC,NICE,PubMed,and SIGN,including recommendation practice,evidence summary,guidelines,systematic evaluation,etc.Searching time was from database building to October 5,2019.Literature quality and evidence grade were evaluated by three researchers.Results Six articles were included,including 4 practical guides,1 systematic evaluation and 1 consensus of Chinese experts.A total of 9 available evidences were extracted,and 3 evidences were the best evidences,6 evidences were recommended evidences.Conclusion The evidences of IOCS during cesarean section were reliable,scientific and practical,which provided powerful guidance for intraoperative blood transfusion in parturients.
