绵阳地区儿科护理人力资源现状调查研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的了解并分析绵阳地区医疗机构儿科护理人力资源配置现状,为地区护理人力资源能力配置管理相关政策制定提供参考,以便更好地为绵阳地区儿童提供优质的护理服务。方法编制问卷表发放至各医疗机构,由各儿科护士长填写表格,包括基本信息,医疗人力资源,医疗服务状况等,收集数据利用Microsoft Excel 2010建立数据库。结果绵阳地区儿科护理人员总数528人,每千名儿童拥有儿科护理人员数0.83,其中72%分布在三级医院,28%分布在三级以下医疗机构;护理人员学历结构:本科占23.67%,大专占57.77%,中专占17.8%,无学历占0.76%;职称结构:高级职称仅占1.33%,中级职称占13.25%,初级及以下职称85.42%;年龄结构:35岁以下占76.13%;近三年绵阳市儿科护理人员流失总数50人(流失率8.65%)。结论绵阳地区儿科医疗服务需求大,儿科护理人力资源严重不足且配置欠合理,三级以下医院配置比例低;儿科护理人员的学历结构、职称结构和年龄结构不容乐观,低学历、低职称、低年资占比较大,需加强儿科护理人力资源建设及管理。 purpose To understand and analyze the current situation of pediatric nursing human resources allocation in medical institutions in Mianyang area,so as to provide reference for the policy formulation of regional nursing human resources capacity allocation management,so as to better provide high-quality nursing services for children in Mianyang area.Methods The questionnaire was prepared and sent to each medical institution,and the form was filled in by the head nurse of pediatrics,including basic information,medical human resources,medical service status,etc.,and the data was collected and the database was established by Microsoft Excel 2010.Results There were 528 pediatric nurses in Mianyang area,and the number of pediatric nurses was 0.83 per thousand children,among which 72%were distributed in tertiary hospitals and 28%were distributed in tertiary medical institutions.Educational background structure of nursing staff:Bachelor's degree accounted for 23.67%,junior college accounted for 57.77%,technical secondary school accounted for 17.8%,no educational background accounted for 0.76%;Professional title structure:senior title only accounted for 1.33%,intermediate title accounted for 13.25%,junior title and below 85.42%;Age structure:76.13%under 35 years old;In recent three years,the total number of pediatric nursing staff in Mianyang City was 50(loss rate 8.65%).Conclusions There is a large demand for pediatric medical services in Mianyang area,and pediatric nursing human resources are seriously insufficient and unreasonably allocated.The allocation proportion of hospitals below the third grade is low.The structure of educational background,professional title and age of pediatric nursing staff is not optimistic.It is necessary to strengthen the construction and management of pediatric nursing human resources because of low educational background,low professional title and low seniority.
