摘要
目的探讨个性化自我管理处方对2型糖尿病患者的干预效果。方法选取某院2型糖尿病患者42例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为实验组21例和对照组21例,在常规药物治疗的基础上,对照组给予常规糖尿病健康教育,实验组施行个性化自我管理处方干预,糖尿病健康教育门诊随访6个月,观察两组患者体重指数(BMI)、空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)和血脂[高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)和甘油三酯(TG)]等指标的变化和自我管理能力改变情况。结果干预6个月后,实验组BMI、FBG、2 hPBG、HbA1c、HDL、LDL、TG均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组自我管理评分均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论实施个性化自我管理处方干预可有效控制2型糖尿病患者BMI、FBG、2 hPBG、HbA1c、HDL、LDL、TG等代谢指标,提高患者自我管理能力,预防并发症发生。
Objective To investigate the intervention effect of personalized self-management prescription on type 2 diabetes.Methods 42 patients with as type 2 diabetes were choosed as research object,who were equally divided into two groups by random number table method.Patients in control group were given conventional diabetes health education on the basis of the routine drug treatment.Personalised self-management prescription intervention were applied in experimental group.Six months’follow-up for all these patients.For the index body mass index(BMI),fasting blood glucose(FBG),postprandial 2h blood glucose(2hPBG),glycadized hemoglobin(HbA1c),blood lipid(HDL),LDL and triglyceride(TG)and Self-management ability change were observed.Results Six months after the intervention,BMI,FBG,2hPBG,HbA1c,HDL,LDL and TG of experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Self-management score changes in the experimental group all significantly better than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Personalized self-management prescription intervention plays a positive role in metabolic indexes controling such as body mass index,blood glucose and blood lipid in type 2 diabetes patients,improve patient self-management capabilities of patients as well as complications prevention.
