“双百行动”是重要的国企改革专项工程,国企改革三年行动再次提出深化国企改革“双百行动”。本文通过梳理国家层面“双百行动”主要政策文件和中国石化“双百行动”进展情况,结合国企改革三年行动,提出在新阶段按“五突破一加强”推进“双百行动”的工作方向。

"Double hundred actions"is an important special project of state-owned enterprise reform.The three-year action of state-owned enterprise reform again puts forward"double hundred actions"of deepening the state-owned enterprise reform.By combing the main policies of"double hundred actions"at the national level and the progress of SINOPEC's"double hundred actions",combined with the three-year action of state-owned enterprise reform,this paper puts forward the work direction of"five breakthroughs and one strengthening"to promote"double hundred actions"in the new stage.
