摘要
随着“互联网+”时代的来临,互联网的应用已经深入现代社会经济生活各个领域,企业的培训管理模式革新在“互联网+”新经济模式下是大势所趋。本文以“互联网+”时代为背景,分析了企业培训的新特征、培训面临的机遇与挑战,并提出了培训的四种新模式,以期为“互联网+”时代背景下企业的培训革新提供—定借鉴。
With the advent of the“Internet+”era,the application of the Internet has been expanded to all fields of modem social and economic life,and enterprises should pursue innovations in the training management mode,which is the way to go under the new economic model of“Interne+”.This paper,within the context of the“Internet+”era,analyzes the characteristics of corporate training and the opportunities as well as challenges faced by enterprises in the field of training,and puts forward four new modes of training,with a view to providing some insights for innovations in corporate training in the“Internet+”era.
