摘要
专业线条人才的培养和接替是企业发展中恒久的需求,如何提升人才培养的实效性和有效性,成为近年企业培训关注的焦点。本文通过培训项目实践,得出“学-练-考-评”四步走培养模式,可以实现培训与岗位要求挂钩、培训与业务融合,从而为专业线条人员上岗认证和人才成长提供良好的通道。同时本文对此种人才培养模式进行了分析与展望,提出了培养项目设计和实践中需要关注的几个点。
The training and replacement of professional talents is a permanent demand in the development of enterprises,and how to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of professional-personnel training has become the focus of enterprise training in recent years.Based on actual practice of training projects,this paper concludes that the four-step training model of"study-practice-assessment-evaluation"can realize the connection between training and job requirements,and the integration of training and work,so as to provide a good channel for professional personnel certification and talent growth.At the same time,this paper analyzes and looks forward to future application of this kind of training mode,and puts forward several points that should be paid attention to in the design and practice of related training projects.
