目前,注塑模具主流技术中,模具流道有热流道和冷流道之分,而冷流道又分为平衡式和非平衡式。因此,本文详细论述注塑模具冷流道的平衡式和非平衡式选择。研究表明,平衡式冷流道和非平衡式冷流道都能满足产品顺利生产的要求,人们要将产品的功能、精度、开模数量等技术要求作为选择依据。

At present,in the mainstream technology of injection molds,mold runners are divided into hot runners and cold runners,and cold runners are divided into balanced and unbalanced types.Therefore,this paper discussed in de⁃tail the balanced and unbalanced selection of the cold runner of the injection mold.Studies have shown that both bal⁃anced cold runners and unbalanced cold runners can meet the requirements of smooth production of products,and people take the product's function,accuracy,and number of mold openings as the basis for selection.
