我国城镇居民休闲消费潜力时空演化研究

Study on the Spatiotemporal Evolution of Urban Residents. Leisure Consumption Potential in China

当前我国消费结构面临向休闲消费为主的转型升级,全面释放居民休闲消费潜力已成为社会经济发展的重要任务。文章通过构建多指标评价体系,对1998-2019年我国城镇居民休闲消费潜力进行综合测度,考察其时空演化特征。主要研究结论为:休闲消费潜力可视为休闲消费支出、休闲消费能力和休闲消费环境共同构成的休闲消费系统,休闲消费支出是反映休闲消费潜力的关键指标;城镇居民休闲消费潜力的演化大致可分为潜力初显、快速提升、增长与平稳调整三个阶段;城镇居民休闲消费潜力类型的划分发生了一定调整,然而多数省份仍具有连续性和一致性,并且聚类精度逐步提高;城镇居民休闲消费潜力等级分布存在空间不均衡性,高水平省份主要集中在东南沿海和京津冀区域并不断向外扩散。基于此,文章给出了全面释放城镇居民休闲消费潜力的对策建议。

At present,China.s consumption structure is facing the transformation and upgrading of leisure consumption,tial in an all-round way.By constructing a multi-index evaluation system,the leisure consumption potential of urban residents in China from 1998 to 2016 was comprehensively measured,and then its spatiotemporal evolution characteristics were investigated.The main conclusions are as follows:leisure consumption potential is a comprehensive system composed of leisure consumption capacity,leisure consumption expenditure,and leisure consumption environment.Among the change of leisure consumption potential of urban residents has roughly gone through three stages:the initial stage of potential,the rapid promotion stage,and the stable growth stage;the classification of leisure consumption potential of urban residents has been adjusted,but most provinces and cities still have continuity and consistency,and the clustering accuracy has been gradually improved;the distribution of leisure consumption potential level was unbalanced at different time nodes.The high-level provinces mainly concentrated in the southeast coast and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and continued to spread outward.Based on this,this paper gives the countermeasures and suggestions for the comprehensive release of the leisure consumption potential of urban residents.
